Body Basics is a very forward thinking company, and a long-standing client of Firm. Offering training in alternative therapies, the company offers a high level of expertise, and their training methods result in a much higher pass rate than their competitors.

The company offers a great service to its customers, but was struggling to generate the new business necessary for a planned expansion. Traditional advertising was expensive and not generating sufficient sales . Web design with search engine optimisation (SEO) was a potential avenue.
An existing company brand and web site was in place, but the design of the web site was not suitable for search engine optimisation. In addition, staff at the London Clinic undertook site updates by hand, which could potentially interfere with any optimisation we implemented.

A simple web site re-design was implemented, making full use of SEO principles for the key phrases:

- ITEC Anatomy, Physiology & Massage Diploma Course
Attempting to optimise the Body Basics web design on the key phrase "Massage courses London " meant competing with another 153,000 companies within Google.com, and 107,000 within Yahoo.com.
At the time of writing, The Body Basics web site ranks at number one for each of the above key phrases - e.g.:
massage courses London - Yahoo
massage courses London - Google
In addition, training was supplied to staff to ensure that any manual updates made adhered to correct optimisation techniques.
Prior to our service, the site generated zero sales per week. The site now generates, on average, between 80 and 140 relevant sales enquiries per week. The company has expanded, and taken on 3 additional teachers.
