We originally contacted Positive Earth to discuss their web site design - after meeting at their London office we decided that the budget would be more constructively spent looking at their core marketing activities and brand.
Positive Earth is an extremely quality-conscious bespoke landscape gardening company, focussing primarily on a London based clientele. Using only the best materials, and with great attention to detail, they transform gardens into wonderful natural experiences.
They have been very careful to not compromise their quality ethic - not aiming to be the cheapest in the industry, but still offering a very high standard of horticulture for a very reasonable price.

Morale was flagging because it appeared that customers were "not interested in a quality product". Upon closer inspection it appeared that the ideal market for Positive Earth's services was not being targeted effectively enough. The company brand, web design, and sales activities were unwittingly geared towards customers that were not particularly concerned about quality.

- Marketing consultancy was supplied, to assist in the shifting of focus from an inappropriate market to the ideal market
- The long-term aims of the company and were addressed
- A range of methods to approach the desired market within available budget were discussed
- Pointers on sales approach were discussed and agreed upon
- An action plan was formulated

We have made changes to our customer care charter, our customer added value index and our sales approach. Less tangible but equally important were the insights we gained about the rather insular and non-competitive psychology held at management level.
